When you submit the enquiry form, the website stores the name, email address, selected subject, message, privacy confirmation, a record identifier and a UTC submission time. Those fields allow the website operator to understand and manage the enquiry. Do not include security codes, passwords, payment details or private messages.
Storage and access
Enquiries are appended to a file within this website’s private data directory. The hosting operator is responsible for appropriate file permissions, restricted access, retention decisions and backups. This publication does not specify an automatic deletion period. Standard hosting infrastructure may also keep operational request logs under the operator’s configuration.
Session and external destinations
