These are invented amounts, not prices or a quote. The model charges setup in month 1 and the periodic fee at the beginning of the next cycle. It excludes usage, tax changes, refunds and currency conversion.
Check the real billing convention.
The example bills the monthly amount in every selected month. Setup appears once in month 1. A periodic fee appears at the start of each later cycle, so a three-month interval first adds a fee in month 4. A real offer may use another convention.
