Organising a group’s conversations and verifying a personal Discord account are different tasks. A contact arrangement that helps the group coordinate does not establish eligibility for an account feature. Keep the purpose of the number clear before reading any service description.
Read the number restrictions
Discord’s official verification article says its phone-verification flow requires a valid mobile number and excludes VoIP, burner and landline numbers.
